Engagement · Founding Pilot
A small number of founding engagements, conducted with the seriousness the work requires.
The Founding Leadership Architecture Pilot is offered to a deliberately limited cohort of organizations. It exists to establish, with a small group of principals, the standard of practice by which the consultancy will be known.
Duration
A defined engagement period agreed in the Letter of Understanding, typically extending across a single strategic cycle.
Scope
Bounded to the leadership architecture of the commissioning institution. Adjacent organizational concerns are explicitly out of scope.
Cadence
Periodic confidential sessions with the principal and named participants, structured around the Organizational Coherence Index™.
Founding Principal
Every Founding Pilot engagement is led personally by the founding principal of ZenithWell. Continuity of judgment is a structural feature of the engagement, not a courtesy.
Associate Practitioners
Selected senior practitioners may contribute under a defined remit. Their participation is supervised, named in the Letter of Understanding, and bounded to specified elements of the work.
Independent Oversight
An independent reviewer, external to the engagement, attests to the methodological integrity of each Founding Pilot.
Confidentiality
All material is held in strict confidence. No client institution is referenced, attributed, or disclosed without explicit written consent.
- Step 01
Organizational Readiness Questionnaire
A confidential intake reviewed by the founding principal.
- Step 02
Executive Readiness Conversation
A structured conversation with the commissioning principal.
- Step 03
Pilot Suitability Assessment
An internal determination of whether architectural work is the appropriate intervention.
- Step 04
Letter of Understanding
A formal articulation of scope, governance, confidentiality, and oversight.
- Step 05
Invitation to Participate
An invitation extended only where mutual conviction is established.
- Step 06
Founding Leadership Architecture Pilot
Commencement of the engagement under defined governance.
Participation begins with a confidential readiness enquiry.
The enquiry is received by the founding principal and reviewed in confidence. No materials are retained without consent.
